Never one to conform to trends, Steve Harrison describes his hats as “wearable sculpture”. His unique approach to the art of millinery can be attributed to a background, which includes studies as diverse as psychology and industrial design.
As an Australian milliner, Steve has gained international recognition for his unique millinery designs. He was recently named as a finalist in The Hat Designer of the Year; a prestigious international competition held in Paris.
Steve’s hat designs have been described in the media as whimsical, stimulating and sometimes even controversial.
